Do I Need a Lawyer for my DUI Case

Posted by Joel Bailey | Aug 24, 2016 | 0 Comments

Getting arrested for a DUI in California is traumatic, embarrassing, expensive and humiliating.  With maximum punishments including up to six (6) months in jail, $3700 in fines, and loss of driving privileges, you deserve to invest in a competent, aggressive attorney to defense your money, time and freedom.  With so much on the line, you need someone with experience in both the local San Diego, Vista, and California courts, as well as the DMV, to defend your rights and protect your future.

What a DUI lawyer does

I have handled thousands of DUI cases from start to finish, and know the defenses, the motions to dismiss, how to prevail at DMV hearings, and how to save you time and money.  Properly analyzing arrest reports, lab reports and witness statements can be critical to protecting your interests in a DUI case.  If you have never been arrested before, you cannot know the available defenses and are not capable of making the decisions critical to your interests when facing a DUI prosecution.   For over twenty (20) years, I've filed motions to suppress evidence, motions to strike or invalidate prior convictions, an motions to exclude evidence that would otherwise lead to convictions.  You deserve aggressive representation, but you need to contact me today.

You Should Invest in a DUI Attorney Immediately, and No Later than ten (10) Days from the Date of Arrest

Upon arrest for a DUI, you were served with California's Notice of Suspension/Admin Per Se pink sheet.  This document is confusing for the inexperienced, but it basically tells you you have a temporary privilege to drive for thirty (30) days, then your license goes into automatic suspension for at least four (4) months.  Buried within this document is a notice that failure to request a hearing on your suspension waives your right to fight the suspension.  DO NOT WAIVE THIS RIGHT.  By requesting a DMV hearing, a stay of the suspension, and discovery, I can preserve your right to fight the suspension, it allows me to obtain valuable evidence both the DMV and the DA will have, and stops the immediate suspension of your license. This is one of many ways I can help to back control of your life, but do not wait and waive this opportunity.

TAKE BACK CONTROL OF YOUR FUTURE, YOUR LICENSE AND YOUR FREEDOM

Calling me today will allow me to stop your suspension, get the facts of your case prepared sooner, and allow me to protect your money, time and freedom.  Waiting is the worst option, take charge by hiring an experienced, aggressive attorney today.

I handle cases in Vista, North County, San Diego, and all over the State of California, so call today, and let me help.
