- Second offense within 10 years of a prior offense — Suspension of your license for a year, mandatory custody at a minimum of 96 hours and up to one year in jail, fines, a mandatory 18- to 30-month multiple conviction program, and an ignition interlock device (IID) installed on all vehicles the convicted owns or drives for one to three years, installed at the convicted's expense
- Third offense within 10 years of a prior offense — Revocation of your license for three years, mandatory minimum jail for 120 days up to one year in jail, being labeled as an habitual traffic offender, having your driver's license revoked by the DMV for two to three years plus fines, DUI school and IID as listed above
