Carlsbad Beach Incident Provokes Restraining order

Client's wife's brother provoked and chest-butted client in front of his kids at Ponto Beach in Carlsbad. Fortunately, client did not fight back, but instead sought protection in court. History of erratic behavior and un-provoked attack by Respondent convinced judge to issue 3-year permanent restraining order.
