Client struck a pedestrian in a parking lot of a north county casino.  High levels of alcohol and marijuana in blood, unfortunate, serious injuries to the victim.

By showing client was a hard-working businessman with economic means to help victim medical bills, DA and judge agreed to a disposition where client avoided jail and was able to keep his job and business.
