DV Case and DVTRO Dismissed

Posted by Joel Bailey | Oct 19, 2023 | 0 Comments

Another happy client.

My client was charged with arguing and (allegedly) pushing his girlfriend in front of their home.  Escondido Police arrested him and girlfriend obtained a Domestic Violence Restraining order (DVRO.)

Client wanted to resolve this without trial, so he agreed to take some counseling classes.  We used his proactive participation to obtain a dismissal of both the criminal charges AND the DVRO.  The Vista District Attorney will work with, and consider, therapy and classes in lieu of prosecution if presented in the proper context.

Be prepared, know your rights, and enjoy the benefits of excellent criminal defense representation.
